Potential Is a Distribution Problem
Ability is everywhere. Proof is not. The gap between the two is where most talent is quietly lost.

Credentials as proxies
A degree is a compressed signal. It travels well and loses almost everything on the way.
Evidence travels badly and loses almost nothing. The task is to make it portable.
